How to Book
We use a secure ticketing system supplied by Ticketor.com. This is to ensure details are processed safely and securely.
Tickets should be purchased in advance for the festival. Only a small amount of tickets will be available on the door before the event.
Tickets can be printed through the secure system and physical tickets will be sent out 3 weeks before the event commences.
Terms and Conditions
Tickets of all types are limited in number, sold on a first-come first-served basis. Tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred, re-sold, refunded, or re-issued. Checks will be carried out on entering the Festival and you will be refused admission. All tickets include on-site parking. On arrival each ticket must be exchanged for a non-transferable wristband which must be worn at all times.
Camping is available on-site on both the Friday and Saturday night. The charge is for pitch space not the people inside, so camping costs may be shared. One camping ticket entitles you to one pitch. Due to Fire Officer recommendations, awnings or canopies must not link tents. A clear 2m will be required around each small tent and a clear 5m around each large tent. Each tent, awning or canopy will require its own Camping ticket. We recommend the use of flame retardant tents. The campsite will open on Friday 5th September at 2pm.
Full Festival Children's tickets are only available when purchasing an adult ticket. Children under 5 are admitted free but still require a ticket. There is a charge for children aged 5-15 and proof of age will be required for any child aged 10-15. All children must be accompanied. Child tickets are valid for the whole Festival but only when accompanied by a paying adult.
There may high sound levels during certain performances. Prolonged exposure to high volume levels can cause damage to hearing. Children are particularly at risk of hearing damage. We recommend the use of ear defenders for young children. Enjoy the music but also give your ears a rest.
Chairs & Blankets
Please do not bring chairs into the venue unless essential and keep blanket sizes to a minimum. We prefer the use of small, folding, low back support chairs. In the interests of safety, chairs or other items which may cause an obstruction in an emergency or hinder access, are not allowed within marquees or near to the entrance/exit areas of the marquees.
No Pets Allowed (Guide dogs excepted)
No dogs are allowed on site, including car parks. Guide dogs excepted though please note that the venue is a working estate and livestock will be in the vicinity.
In accordance with the law, smoking is not permitted within marquees or other wholly or substantially enclosed public spaces.
Dispatch of Tickets
All tickets will be dispatched around 18th August 2014 and will be sent by Royal Mail First Class postage to ensure tickets arrive safely to the correct person. Tickets will only be sent to the address listed on purchase. Tickets purchased after 18th August 2014 can be collected on the gate at the event. The Festival will not accept any responsibility for, nor will they replace or refund lost, undelivered or stolen tickets.
Tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred, re-sold, refunded or re-issued.
